Q: Are my card details safe with you?

A: All card payments are processed by Shopify Payments using 128-bit SSL encryption.  Neon Black never sees our customers' payment details.

Q: Do you store customers' card details?

A: No.  We never see our customers' card details, let alone store them.

Q: Do you accept PayPal?

A: Yes, we accept PayPal.

Q: Do you ship worldwide?

A: Yes, we ship worldwide to almost all countries.  There may be the occasional exclusion for certain products, so if you are from a small, or obscure country, please do not hesitate to contact us directly at with your query, specifying the product or products that you wish to purchase and we will respond to your query at our earliest opportunity.

Q: Where are you located?

A: We are based in the UK, however, we ship our products to customers all over the world.  Warehouse locations vary for different products, however, so many products are not dispatched from the UK.

Q: What is your shipping policy?

Q: Can I ship to a P.O. Box address?

A: No.  Unfortunately we cannot ship any orders to a P.O. Box.  With the exception of some apparel, all of our shipments are sent on a tracked service so you can see exactly where your order is.  This does mean that all of our international deliveries require a signature, making delivery to a P.O. Box impossible.

Q: Will I have to pay Customs or Import Duties on top of my purchase price? 

A: Any international orders can potentially incur customs or import duties upon arrival in the destination country.  It is therefore potentially possible that you could be liable for additional customs or import duty on your order.  Customs and import duties vary from country to country.  Please be aware that Neon Black has no control over the levying of customs or import duties by the customer's country.  We cannot therefore advise on what customs or import duties or taxes may be charged by the destination country.  Please contact your local customs office for more information.  We would, however, advise that duties should be levied on lower amounts than your order total, as all packages are sent with lower values marked for customs purposes, to minimise customs duties payable by the recipient.
