Shipping policy

No one likes to pay for postage & packing / shipping costs, so we endeavour to charge shipping and handling at cost (i.e. what we're charged by the shipping service). Shipping costs for different products vary, and delivery costs for international orders will tend to be higher than for UK to UK, or USA to USA-shipped items.

Most of our items ship with ePacket, which we have found to be the most reliable delivery option and always includes a tracking number, which we provide to you so you always know where your package is in the delivery process. We strive to fulfil orders within two days of purchase and typical ePacket delivery periods average from 10 to 20 business days to US, EU, and Commonwealth destinations. ePacket delivery times to other countries vary but rarely exceed 40 days and average around 20 days.

Apparel (clothing) postage & packing: for US or UK customers, our apparel is fulfilled from the UK or US, and typically your item should be delivered within 1 week of order, though this may vary at times of peak demand - e.g. in December, in the run up to Christmas. International orders will take longer, please don't be alarmed. However, if you have not received your item within 30 days of the date of order, please don't hesitate to contact us at customercare@neonblack.store with your order number and we will investigate.

Finally, as a bonus to our valued customers, we have decided to offer FREE shipping for orders over £100 for UK and US customers. For international / rest of the world (i.e. non-UK or US) customers we are offering half price shipping for orders over £200.

N.B. these shipping offers may not be compatible with discount codes, so if we are running a special offer already you may not be able to use the discount as well as receive free (or discounted for INTL customers) shipping too.
